I purchased the cookie plugin and the language file seems not to have installed, I am unsure of where ot place it manually, can you please advise of the correct path?

Also disable loading of jQuery in K2,
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6/jquery.min.js
and in
some extenssion called gspeech,
http://www.madeingalway.ie/plugins/system/gspeech/gspeech/jquery.js

You missed the information about PHP 5.2 when you dowloaded the plugin, anyway, I released a new package for PHP 5.2 servers, so download and install that new version.
PS:
