No emails after purchase?

HI, I purchased the Cookie Monster subscription on Friday, but have not received any emails to gain access to the download? I try and login, but get info telling me the account is blocked requiring me to activate? but I have had no emails asking me to do so?

I have had to create another account just to get access to ask a question, would have been a lot easier if you published an email address for support!,

    HI, I need an invoice for this purchase, are you please able to send me one? There seems no way to access them on the account?

    I have manually activated the mhnichols account, thanks for your suggestion, I will look at ways to overcome the Spam Trap issue.
