Pending Payment

Hi, I purchased the cookie monster and the money has come out of my account but it still says payment pending under my subscription. Please help

I had to manually activate your account. You used 2 different emails addresses one to sign up here and another in your PayPal profile, therefore there was no status added to your User Profile.
