Tweetboard pop out

Downloaded and installed tweetboard, links to my tweeter; but doesn't pop out and display on my site, just goes straight to my twitter address. What do I need to do??

    Hi, I'm unsure why it wasn't working; I just opted to try the tweetboard pro instead and am loving it!...Seems to have fixed the problem :)
