Announcing a Free ZOO Element, Super Shots for ZOO . Super Shots will allow you or your Content Submitters to enter a site URL that will be converted to a Screen Shot of the Target Website. The Screenshot will also link to the target website.

The image on the left is created with Super Shots. All that you have to do is add a Link and then define a width for the screenshot. The thumbnails are generated and updated dynamically. Once generated the Images are simply Awesome !

Super Shots is currently undergoing a Beta testing Phase and will be released as a Free Zoo Element so watch this space for the Release Announcement. Super Shots make use of the Free WordPress API to Generate Screenshots.

A new version of TweetBoard Pro was released just a few hours agaon and already there are plans for adding a major feature to the next generation of TweetBoard Pro. TweetBoard Pro is running on a slick new Framework that allows us to tap even more into the Twitter Api.

With the next release, you and your sites Visitors will be able to see notifications of the the latest Tweet made, clicking on the Notification will load the new Tweet that have been made on Twitter for your Search term. This new feature will surely make your website and TweetBoard even more interactive than it already is.

And this is not all we have in store for you, You now have the ability to broaden the search terms used by having at your disposal more search operator functions than you may ever need, eg;

This is a Part 1 introduction to the Custom ZOO App templates that will be offered here at HerdBoy .

Currently there are 3 ZOO Blog App templates available on a subscription system. These templates have been Developed to Complement the YOOtheme templates but can be used on any website using templates from another source.

The Cloud and Streamline templates will allow you to select from up to 5 images to use an background images to style the date section of the templates and perfectly complement the Joomla templates. The Stream Template style perfectly complements the YOOtheme Streamline template.

Many More template styles are in the planning stage and if you have any ideas, please don't be afaid to make them know. You can always make a request in the Support Centre

I have had some great feedback from some users and some who would like to use Super Contact on their sites, coupled with that is some ideas I also had for enhancing Super Contact.

The next release will have ;

• Choice of 10 Button Colors for the forms Call to Action button. All you have to do it add the color in the parameter at item level, green, blue, yellow, breen, magenta, red, orange, grey, white, black .
• Option to set a custom Title for Super Contact on individual items at Item Level, so if you have a Directory listing as an example, you could have "Tom's Tailors" have their form with title "Tom's Tailors" and "Harry's Hardware" have their own title on their form.
• Added a Telephone field that is not required to be filled in for the form to be submitted. It is optional so the visitor can decide whether to fill in it or not.
• Added option to set the PopUps width, to accommodate the longer Placeholder words that occur with some translations. I do not recommend going over 400px.

We are proud to announce the release of our Super Links ZOO Element.

With Super links you can easily add some nice styles to your ZOO links. You have full control of the buttons icons, link, title and like the core link element, you can decide if the link must open in a new window or not and also set the rel for the link.

All the icons used for the buttons are combined in a single image sprite to assist with fast loading, and we used CSS3 for the buttons themselves.

In works in the same way as the Core ZOO link element, so it will not make coffee, walk the dog etc ...

More buttons will be added in future, keeping functionality in mind off course. You can download this element for free until further notice if you are a currrent subscriber to any other ZOO Element or ZOO Template.

HerdBoy proudly announces the release of Tweet Tips for the Joomla! CMS . Tweet Tips is a remarkable extension. Unlike traditional Twitter Modules for Joomla, Tweet Tips, allows you to have dynamic on demand Twitter Streams right in your Joomla content.

The plugin syntax adds an unobtrusive Twitter icon in your content that invites users to click and in doing so launching a smooth jQuery Powered popup with a Twitter stream related to the word or phrase in your content you assigned it to.
